Supply to Restaurants and Meat Customers in 2012

Interested restaurants may contact Jersey West at their earliest convenience to discuss seasonal and consistent supply of Navajo Churro lamb for their guests in 2012.

Individual customers are also encouraged to put their name on the waiting list to guarantee there will be a lamb available for them.

Jersey West also raises grass fed beef which is not given hormones or antibiotics.  The 2011 calf crop is non-certified organic.

Jersey West strives to use medication only when necessary and to use organic alternatives whenever possible.
